PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS

All packages are shipped via USPS.
Estimated transit time provided is a non-guaranteed average based on distance from CIVILWARE'S postal zone to yours and is not guaranteed by USPS or by CIVILWARE.
Domestic packages not delivered within 30days from ship date, will be issued a replacement or a lost-parcel refund.
 
International transit times and customs procedures vary by country/region. Please direct all tracking and transit status inquiries to your national mail carrier.
 
*All international packages are shipped DDP. Customs procedures, duties and taxes vary by country/region - any additional charges/duties assessed are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds will be issued for unused/undamaged goods.  Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.
  
Because of the limited nature of many of our products, if you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend sending an email to us at  info@civilware.com to coordinate.
Upon receipt of confirmation email, please send your original merchandise, unwashed and unworn to us at the address below.
Please be sure to include a detailed note of the size/item you'd like in exchange.
