All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Int'l Post**

**International orders are not insured.  Any tracking or status inquiries need to be directed to your national mail carrier.
  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Full refunds will be issued for unused/undamaged goods.  Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.
  
Because of the limited nature of many of our products, if you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend sending an email to us at  info@civilware.com to coordinate refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send your original merchandise, unwashed and unworn to us at the address above. Please include a detailed note of the size/item which you’d like to exchange.
