Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process.  All packages are shipped via USPS.  Estimated transit time provided is a non-guaranteed average based on distance from CIVILWARE's postal zone to yours and is not guaranteed by USPS or CIVILWARE.  International transit times, charges, duties, customs procedures and regulations vary by country + region and are the responsibility of the customer. Please direct all international tracking and transit status inquiries to your national mail carrier.  Please note - orders are shipped uninsured.
*International customers - due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are seeing significant transit delays to certain regions and several countries are limiting service or have suspended it entirely. CIVILWARE is not responsible for delivered packages that are stolen or go otherwise missing from their USPS documented delivery location. 


CIVILWARE covers your item against manufacturer defect for the life of the item. Should you find that your item is not working as it should, please contact us at info@civilware.com. A return shipping label will be emailed to the address used to place the order. Once the item is received and reviewed - if manufacturing error is determined to be the cause of the issue - a repair ticket, replacement or refund will be issued. Please note that signs of misuse, neglect or abuse and/or any alteration made to the product will render the item ineligible for warranty coverage. 


We accept returns of non-sale items within 30 days of the order's shipping date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@civilware.com and include your original order number.  Once the email is received, reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be generated and sent to you via email.  Please use the label you receive to send your product back to us.  Once we receive the item in its original packaging and in unused/undamaged condition with tags attached, a refund (less return shipping) or an exchange (certain styles excluded) will be issued straight away.  Please be sure to use a shipping box when returning an item to prevent damage to the item in transit.  All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges on sale items will be accepted.
